Goat Yoga Release and Waiver of Liability
1. Participation Acknowledgment
I hereby agree to the following:
I am voluntarily participating in yoga classes, health programs, workshops, and other wellness, exercise, and healing arts activities, including interactions with goats and other animals, conducted by Camille Zolman or any teacher for Inner Peas Farm (collectively, “Activities”). These Activities may be conducted at Inner Peas Farm’s physical location, other designated venues, or online via videos, apps, or other digital platforms.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of my actions or omissions during the Activities. This indemnity does not apply to claims resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Released Parties.
5. Media Release
I consent to the use of my likeness, including photographs or videos taken during the Activities, for promotional purposes, including on social media and websites. If I do not consent to such use, I will notify ZYF in writing before participating in the Activities.
6. Arbitration and Venue
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, I agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The sole venue for arbitration shall be in Washington County, Utah. Each party will bear its own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
7. Governing Law and Severability
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Force Majeure
ZYF is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or modifications to the Activities due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, public health emergencies, or governmental actions.
9. COVID-19 and Communicable Diseases
I acknowledge that ZYF does not enforce mask-wearing or social distancing guidelines during the Activities. I assume full responsibility for any illness or injury, including communicable diseases, that I may contract as a result of participating.
10. Minors
If the participant is a minor:
Parent or legal guardian of (the “Minor”), consent to the Minor’s participation in the Activities. I understand and accept all risks on behalf of the Minor and agree to the terms of this Release & Waiver of Liability.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this agreement carefully, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its conditions. I acknowledge that by participating in Inner Peas Farm activities, I am waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.

2. Assumption of Risks
I understand that:
- Interacting with goats and other animals involves risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, zoonotic diseases, or other injuries.
- The Activities involve physical exertion that could cause or aggravate injuries or medical conditions, including but not limited to muscle strain, fainting, or cardiovascular incidents.
- It is my responsibility to ensure I am in adequate physical and mental health to participate. I have consulted with a physician if necessary and follow their recommendations.
- Inner Peas Farm reserves the right to deny my participation if deemed necessary for my safety or the safety of others.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration of participating in the Activities, I:
- Assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation in the Activities, including any injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from the actions of animals, other participants, or myself.
- Release and discharge Inner Peas Farm, Camille Zolman, its instructors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of my participation in the Activities, except for claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable law.
